Remi is a mobile and web application that allows users to:

• Represent that you have the rights to submit the content
• Agree that your content does not violate third-party rights

We may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. AI Insights Disclaimer

Remi's AI provides automated insights, summaries, and suggestions based on your notes. These outputs are generated from your data and are for informational purposes only.

You understand that:

• AI-generated insights may not be perfect or error-free
• AI outputs should not be relied on as professional advice in any field
• You remain responsible for all decisions based on your content and AI outputs

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Remi and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute Service content without permission
• Use our trademarks without written consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on the Service

8. Privacy

Your use of Remi is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Remi require a paid subscription for premium AI functionality.

• By subscribing, you authorize payment charges for the subscription term
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You may cancel through your account settings
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• We may update subscription prices with notice
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends

14. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. Disputes are subject to state or federal courts in California.

Disputes should first be attempted to resolve through negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited. You waive the right to class actions or class arbitration.
